More bug fixes, a few art improvements.

Chiha's art is all a work in progress, and I'll probably be tweaking it for months at least. A few improvements go in today.

Tightened the rules causing a new game to start and will try ot make it very clear when you aren't logged in.

Fixed some hitching issues in menus.

This is a big one: plants now take much longer to grow, giving servitors more options for how to spend their time.
